You(th) Lead Conference Fall 2023

On Saturday, November 25th, 2023, we had our 4th You(th) Lead Conference at Hotel X Toronto. This amazing event brought together guest speakers and executives to empower future leaders. 150 students from across Canada received valuable career advice from 78 executives from 53 companies.

The day started with a warm welcome by our founders, Michael “Pinball” and Diane Clemons followed by the speed networking session. The mentors empowered the youth by sharing their wisdom through 6 rounds of speed networking. Students and executives were given the opportunity to continue their conversations during the power-hour networking lunch.

The day ended with two breakout sessions with our special guests America Liliana Ibarra of American Express, Selen Alpay of Canadian Tire Corporation#360, Angela White of MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership) and Dirk McMillan, Avi Petliar, Hansel Adu Kwarko of Sony Music Entertainment who happily shared their stories and inspired our youth.
