You(th) Lead Conference Spring 2024

On April 20th, 2024, our students had the incredible opportunity to network with industry executives in varying fields who shared their knowledge at our 5th You(th) Lead Conference! This amazing event brought together guest speakers and executives to empower future leaders! Over 100 post-secondary students from across Canada received valuable career advice from 95 executives from 56 companies.

The day started with a warm welcome by our founders, Michael “Pinball” and Diane Clemons followed by 6 rounds of speed networking sessions where the mentors empowered the youth by sharing their wisdom. Students and executives were given the opportunity to continue their conversations during the power-hour networking lunch.

The day ended with two breakout sessions with our special guests Andrew Peterson of YouTube Canada, Mladen Raickovic of Google, Jerome "JYD" Williams and Alvin Williams, National Basketball Association (NBA) Alumni who happily shared their stories and inspired our youth.

A massive thank you to all the mentors who took their time to connect with our students and for making this a day to remember. The students will forever carry with them your incredibly valuable advice in their careers and lives.
