PinballACCELERATOR is an intensive, fast-track career readiness program designed for youth aged 18–29 who are ready to transition into meaningful employment.

 

This 3-week program meets youth where they are and equips them with the tools, confidence, and connections needed to launch a career, fast.

Students meet face-to-face with employers who are actively looking to hire.

Youth receive 80 hours of mentorship with One Voice One Team, building confidence, resilience, and readiness.

Interview skills, workplace communication, human resources guidelines and job readiness training.
