Breaking into the workforce requires both knowledge and practical skills. PinballMICRO provides youth with both.
This 15-week online program introduces learners to key concepts across a range of industries while offering 1-on-1 mentorship and guidance. By the end of the program, youth are equipped with in-demand skills, career support, and the confidence to step into full-time employment.

Post-secondary education opens doors, but financial barriers often keep them closed. PinballBURSARY ensures youth have the support they need to succeed.
Covering tuition, textbooks, technology, and supplies, this program lifts the financial burden so students can focus fully on their studies. With added mentorship and guidance, PinballBURSARY empowers youth to not only attend school, but to thrive in it.

This intensive 3-week program is built for youth aged 18–29 who are ready to move into meaningful employment. We meet youth where they are and equip them with the tools, confidence, and professional connections they need to launch their careers — fast.

Graduation isn’t the end of the journey, it’s the beginning. PinballNEXT keeps youth connected, supported, and inspired as alumni.
Through networking events, leadership opportunities, and ongoing mentorship, this program helps graduates expand their skills, grow their professional circles, and give back to the next generation. PinballNEXT builds a community where youth continue to learn, lead, and succeed.
