MEET EMMA ROGERS!
Emma Rogers has built her career on the belief that philanthropy is not only about giving, but about transforming lives, strengthening communities, and inspiring hope. As the Chief Philanthropy Officer at the Pinball Foundation, she brings more than a decade of executive leadership in fundraising, community engagement, and advocacy. Emma has led multimillion-dollar capital campaigns, elevated the visibility of hospitals and charitable organizations, and designed strategies that meaningfully connect donors and communities with causes that matter. Previously, Emma served as CEO of the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation, and before that, as CEO of the Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington, where she dedicated her work to supporting children and youth.
Her leadership is defined by a gift for inspiring generosity, cultivating authentic partnerships, and delivering measurable impact that changes lives.
Widely recognized for her contributions to community building, Emma has been honoured with the Guelph Mayor’s Award, the Paul Harris Award, the Chamber of Commerce Inspirational Women Award, and was named one of the region’s Forty Under Forty. Guided by a deep commitment to equity, empathy, and purpose-driven leadership, Emma continues to champion the power of philanthropy to create a more compassionate and connected world.
