On June 9, 2026, the Pinball Foundation proudly partnered with Salesforce and GenForce to host BOLDforce, an engaging mentorship and career development event designed for young adults aged 19–29.
Hosted at the Salesforce Toronto office, BOLDforce brought together mentees, mentors, and Salesforce volunteers for an afternoon of learning, networking, and inspiration. Participants enjoyed a welcome lunch, heard from Salesforce leaders, engaged in a panel discussion and Q&A, and gained hands-on experience building an AI agent. The event also provided valuable networking opportunities and a chance to connect with professionals from a variety of industries.
The impact of the event was reflected in the experiences shared by participants. Nelly Okwu-Wolu from the Career Accelerator Program highlighted the value of the day, saying:
The event was a valuable experience that provided practical career advice, meaningful networking opportunities, and insight into the diverse career paths available at Salesforce. I especially appreciated hearing the panelists share their personal journeys and lessons on overcoming challenges, building/ leveraging your network, and pursuing opportunities with confidence.
One of the highlights was the hands-on opportunity to learn how to create our own AI agent using Salesforce's platform. It was exciting to see how accessible AI development can be and to gain exposure to innovative technology being used in the industry today.
This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to empowering youth with the skills, confidence, and connections needed to thrive in today’s workforce. Through mentorship, technology, and community engagement, BOLDforce aimed to open doors and create meaningful pathways for future leaders.
